Returns & Exchanges

Aloha Dog Co always stands behind the amazing quality of all of our products. We always want you to be happy with your order. If something does not meet your expectations or if you need to exchange it for a different size or style, please contact us so we can work with you to make it right.

 

RETURNS

To start a return, please head over to our Return Center.

To be able to start a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. 

  • Returns received within 30 days of the date of original shipment will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges.
  • We cannot accept returns after 30 days

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 3 business days of receipt of the return. You will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax.

Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a return label.

EXCHANGES 

We don't offer exchanges but we do want to make it right, so you can return any new, unused item for a refund and place an order for the new item. We will provide a coupon for free exchange shipping during the returns process. Head over to our Return Center to start a return. 

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING? 

  • We ship US domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location but we will try and get it out to you as soon as possible.
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at support@alohadogco.com We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
