Returns & Exchanges

Aloha Dog Co always stands behind the amazing quality of all of our products. We always want you to be happy with your order. If something does not meet your expectations or if you need a different size or style, please contact us so we can work with you to make it right.


Returns

To start a return, please head over to our Return Center.

To be able to start a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

  • Returns received within 30 days of the date of original shipment will be refunded in full to the original form of payment, minus a flat $7 return shipping fee.
  • We cannot accept returns after 30 days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 3 business days of receipt of the return; you will be refunded the purchase amount and any applicable sales tax.

If we sent an incorrect or damaged item, we will provide a prepaid return label and you will not be charged the $7 return fee.


Exchanges

We want exchanges to be as easy as possible. If you need a different size or style, you can return any new, unused item and place a new order for the item you want.

During the returns process in our Return Center, we will provide a label for free shipping on your exchange order so that outbound exchange shipping is free for you.


What About Shipping?

  • We ship U.S. domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location, but we will try to get your order out to you as soon as possible.
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at support@alohadogco.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
