Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 14, 2026
Pocket Days (“the App”) is owned and operated by Aloha Supplies LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, how it is used and stored, and the choices available to you.
1. Information We Handle
Scrapbook information
You may choose to enter your children’s names, dates of birth, photos, milestones, artwork, quotes, birthday interview answers, letters, and other memories.
This content is stored on your device and, when iCloud is available, synced through your private iCloud account using Apple’s CloudKit service. We do not upload scrapbook content to Firebase or maintain a separate company-operated server containing your scrapbooks.
The App accesses photos you select or capture using the permissions provided by iOS.
Optional parent account
You may optionally sign in with Apple or Google. We use Firebase Authentication to manage parent accounts. Depending on your provider and privacy settings, account information may include your name, email address, provider identifiers, and a unique account ID.
Authentication providers also process technical information, such as IP addresses and device or browser information, to operate sign-in services and prevent abuse.
Support communications
If you contact us, we receive the information you provide, such as your email address, message, and any attachments.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create and organize children’s profiles and memories.
- Save and sync scrapbook content.
- Generate yearbooks and backup exports you request.
- Provide optional parent sign-in and account management.
- Respond to support requests.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal requirements.
Pocket Days does not display third-party advertising, track you across other companies’ apps or websites, or use advertising analytics SDKs.
3. Data Storage and iCloud
Scrapbook content is saved locally on your device. When available, Apple’s CloudKit service syncs that content through the iCloud account signed in on your device, subject to your iCloud settings and available storage.
Your Apple or Google parent sign-in does not determine which iCloud account stores your scrapbook. Signing out of a parent account does not remove or lock the scrapbook on the device.
Apple and Google/Firebase process information under their respective terms and privacy policies. Their services may process information outside your country of residence.
For more information, see:
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information or scrapbook content.
Information is processed by service providers as necessary to provide the features described above, including Apple for iCloud storage and Apple, Google, and Firebase for optional authentication.
When you export, print, or share a backup, yearbook, photo, or other content, the destination you choose receives that information. Copies you share are subject to the recipient’s practices.
We may disclose information available to us when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, security, or safety.
5. Your Choices and Deletion
You may:
- Use the scrapbook without creating a parent account.
- Manage photo permissions and iCloud settings through iOS.
- Delete memories or a child’s profile within the App.
- Export a backup or printable yearbook.
- Use “Delete account and scrapbooks” in the parent account settings to request deletion of your parent account and associated scrapbook content.
When iCloud sync is active, scrapbook deletions can propagate to iCloud and other synced devices. Completing cloud changes requires connectivity and successful synchronization.
Deleting the App alone does not necessarily delete content stored in iCloud or your parent authentication account. Signing out does not delete your data.
Exports, printed copies, device backups, and copies shared with others must be managed separately. Service providers may retain limited records as required for security, legal compliance, or their backup and retention practices.
6. Data Retention and Security
Scrapbook content remains on your device and in your private iCloud storage until you delete it, subject to Apple’s storage and retention practices. Parent account information is retained while the account remains active, subject to the authentication provider’s deletion and retention practices.
We retain support communications as reasonably necessary to resolve requests, maintain relevant records, and comply with legal obligations.
We use the security protections provided by iOS, CloudKit, and our authentication providers. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure. Protecting your device and Apple or Google account helps protect your information.
7. Children’s Privacy
Pocket Days is intended for adult parents and caregivers, not for children to create accounts or use independently.
Adults may enter information about their children to maintain a private family scrapbook. Please provide only information you are authorized to use.
If you believe a child has independently provided personal information to us or created an account, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the App or our practices change. We will post the revised policy and update the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
