Frequently Asked, All Answered

Proper sizing ensures your dog's comfort and safety. To find the perfect fit, measure your dog's neck circumference where the collar naturally sits, then add 2 inches. You should be able to fit two fingers comfortably between the collar and your dog's neck.  If your dog falls between sizes, size up for better comfort and adjustability.

Our collars come in three sizes:
• Small: 10"-15" neck circumference, 0.6" band width
• Medium: 13"-21" neck circumference, 0.8" band width
• Large: 16"-26" neck circumference, 1" band width

Our collars, leashes, and harnesses are designed for durability and comfort using premium materials:
• High-quality polyester webbing for strength and vibrant colors
• Interior padding for cooling comfort and reduced rubbing
• Heavy-duty plastic quick-release buckles for secure fastening
• Nickel-plated steel D-rings for leash attachment
• Rust-proof hardware perfect for beach days and water activities

All materials are carefully selected to withstand daily adventures while maintaining their style and comfort.

Proper care will help your Aloha Dog Co gear maintain its vibrant colors and durability for years to come:
• Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent
• Hang dry - avoid machine drying as heat can damage the materials
• Do not bleach or use harsh chemicals
• For spot cleaning, use a damp cloth and gentle soap
• Rinse thoroughly after beach or saltwater use to prevent salt buildup
